If success is measured as a percentage of target achieved against the percentage of time lapsed to completion date, then these are set out below. Toilet additions are low compared to even the last report (75% vs 81% of target achieved), but the district and village ODF achievements are very impressive. It shows that a few successful states (like Kerala, Sikkim) can spur the numbers of ODF villages and districts.
