Learning outcomes will be enhanced through school inspections and headmasters (inter alia, executives at school level). Vocational training, whilst at school, will be heavily promoted.

PMO's agenda for education makes headmasters responsible for overseeing all aspects, including teacher recruitment, staffing levels, training, learning, admin, facilities, cleanliness. To meet these challenges it expects to pump in extra resources to recruit competent, dedicated school executives.
